Lengard is a Framework Partner for Kent County Council undertaking remodelling, refurbishment and new build works to ten occupied primary schools to incorporate SureStart facilities on a Design & Build basis. The scope of the works incorporated a mix of internal and external works, reconfiguration, extensions and new build stand alone buildings. Each building presented a unique challenge and was individually designed. This multi-site project required operational involvement on up to six schools simultaneously.

• Grove Park Primary, Sittingbourne
• Woodgrove Primary, Sittingbourne
• Kings Farm Primary, Gravesend
• St Pauls Primary, Rusthall
• Cranbrook Primary
• Snodland Primary
• Willows Primary, Swanley
Lengard worked closely with our architectural partners and Head Teachers to ensure we met the budget with a high quality finished product.
